Get lean with MONSTER TACOS
It’s SO amazing that companies are coming out with alternatives to our favorite carbs. Before I give you the recipe to my Monster tacos, I want to explain “low carb.”
But be careful of the “low carb” imposters!
Just because something says cauliflower it can still contain ingredients like potato starch, flour, sugar, etc. that will spike your blood sugar. My monster tacos are not imposters and ill tell you why.

Below are the ingredients to my monster
tacos, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you watch

Ingredients:
Cauliflower thins or Egglife wraps
Shredded chicken
Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce
Avocado
Instructions:
1. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
2. Add chicken to wrap and top with avocado
3. Cook in oven for a few minutes or Airfryer or just enjoy as is!
