Most people can mimic booty exercises all day long and NEVER WORK THEIR BOOTY.

It’s not natural to engage your glute muscles when doing movements like squats, lunges and deadlifts.

Right now, stand up and do ten squats.

How’d that feel?

Now, try this….

Before you do your first squat, squeeze your booty as hard as you can for ten seconds.

Now, as soon as the ten seconds are up, do ten squats.

Each time you stand, squeeze your butt as hard as you can for two seconds.

How did that feel compared to the first set?

Is your booty on fire?

One of the fastest ways to retrain your neural pathways is to FEEL the muscles you are trying to engage.

That’s why the 10 second squeeze before you start, and squeezing for two seconds at the top of each squat made your glutes BURN.

Congrats, you just engaged your glutes and began the process of creating booty building neural pathways.
