Weight loss doesn’t need to be complicated.
There are so many diets, supplements, and meal replacement plans for weight loss but none of them actually keep the weight off for good.

If you’re looking to lose weight quickly and naturally and keep it off for good then follow these 6 steps.

1. Cut out sugar and carbs
(this is the most important step).

Instead of burning carbs for energy,
your body now starts burning stored fat for energy.

2. Eat soluble fiber.
It makes you feel full.

3. Drink coffee or tea.
It boosts your metabolism.

4. Up your vegetables, protein and healthy fat intake. This will lower your carb intake to around 20–50 grams per day.

Low Carb Veggies Includes:

  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • spinach
  • tomatoes
  • kale
  • Brussels sprouts
  • cabbage
  • Swiss chard
  • lettuce
  • cucumber

Healthy Fats Includes:

  • coconut oil
  • olive oil
  • ghee
  • avocado oil
  • grass-fed butter

Protein Includes:

  • Meat: beef, chicken, pork, and lamb
  • Fish and seafood: salmon, trout, and shrimp
  • Eggs: whole eggs with the yolk
5. Drink water before each meal and eat slowly. You will feel fuller faster.
6. Workout 3-4 times a week with weights. You will burn lots of calories and it will prevent your metabolism from slowing down.

Do these 6 steps and I PROMISE you will see those pounds melt away.

Here’s the recipe to one of my quick and easy low carb appetizers.

Spinach Balls

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups offresh spinach
  • 3 large egg beaten
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp psyllium husk

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 370F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place spinach in a large mixing bowl and cover with boiling water. Cover the bowl with a lid and set aside for 3 minutes.
3. Drain the spinach with a colander and then with your hands squeeze all the remaining water.
4. Chop the cooked spinach then transfer to a mixing bowl.
5. Add beaten eggs, cheese, salt, garlic powder, almond flour and psyllium husk to the mixing bowl.
6. Combine with a spoon until it forms a batter.
7. Make balls out of batter and place on the baking sheet (makes about 20-22 balls)
8. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden on the top.
9. Serve warm with marinara sauce (sugar free)

Eating healthy doesn’t mean it has to be boring!
