What to eat for breakfast.

Our AM crew asks us this question A LOT..

“What should I eat for breakfast and when 
should I eat it?” 

Now, everyone is different but this is 
what works for myself and most people. 

Before each workout I like to drink a cup 
of coffee and eat a small apple. 

I eat the apple 15 minutes before my workout
so that my stomach isn’t 
empty but mainly because
it’s a natural
 pre workout. 

Then, after my workout is when I eat breakfast.

A few of my go-to recipes are:

– ½ cup (women) or 1 cup (men) organic oats with
unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon and stevia

– Avocado toast (Ezekiel Bread) with eggs 

– Vegetable egg scramble with organic cheese

– Green smoothie with protein powder, spinach, 1/4 cup berries
(they are low glycemic) and unsweetened almond milk. 

The most important thing is that you replenish your body with whole
nutritious foods. 

This will help with healthy digestion, muscle repair and  
keeps you full throughout the day.
