First, let me define FIT.

Being fit is being LEAN, STRONG, HEALTHY, and ENERGIZED.

You can’t be the BEST version of yourself if you’re not all these things.

But most people only get FIT if they get LUCKY.

That’s right, ONLY if they are LUCKY.

But, I’m going to show you how you can CHANGE that.

I’ll start by telling you how 95% of people try to get FIT.

They have a thought that they want to get fit.

Maybe they take an action.

But if a THOUGHT isn’t deep enough in your brain that it becomes a BELIEF or a CONVICTION, then it will only come true if you’re lucky.

Imagine that putting out a thought is like hitting a ball in a pinball machine.

The ball bounces around and you hope you get lucky and it hits the right things so you earn points.

Well, when you just have a “thought” to get fit, lots of things can get you off track.

Being busy.

Being sore.

Work.

Kids.

Whatever…

And if you’re “LUCKY” the right things at the right times will keep you on track.

Like the right person motivates you.

The right coach pushes you.

You see the right inspirational post on Instagram.

But if you don’t get lucky at all the right times, chances are you’ll end up like the majority of people who get “off track.”
