Here’s how to improve your life in 2 minutes.

If there were TWO SIMPLE THINGS that would only take a FEW MINUTES…

…But would give you an advantage over 95% of the world…

Would you set aside two minutes, to do it?

There are two questions you must ask yourself, and answer.

Question #1 – “Who are YOU?”

Question #2 – “What is your reason WHY?”

So, here’s what I mean.

If someone asks you who you are, would you have an answer prepared?

I mean, it’s kind of an important question don’t ya think?

Would you try to figure out an answer on the spot?

Hmmmm… That’s not good.

I’ve had my daughters memorize something so they know who they are.

If at any given time you ask them who they are, they say:

“I am happy, healthy and confident, kind, honest and hard working.”

“I am smart, strong and beautiful.”

“I can have, be, or do anything I focus my mind on.”

And here’s who I am.

I am a good Dad.

I am a good husband.

I am a good provider.

I am honest.

I provide the best fitness boot camp in Orange County.

I am fit, lean and healthy – Able to fight five minute rounds easily because my cardio is insane.

I am these 6 things.

So that’s the “WHO are you” part…. Now here’s the WHY part.

For this part, you choose the things you do based on who you are.

For example, I know that by working out like a maniac, and giving 100% I will:

Have more energy to be a better dad.
Have more energy to be a better husband (and look good for my wife too 🙂
Have a sharper edge to be a better provider.
Have the best fitness program in OC because I push MYSELF to be my BEST, so
I can push others to be THEIR BEST.

Sooooo, when I’m working out, I’m not just “there” going through the motions.

IT’S WHO I AM…  WHO ARE YOU?
