#1 Fat Free Milk.
Every 8oz glass of fat free milk (or any milk) has a whopping 14gr of sugar.

And when you combine that with all the carbs in cereol, oats, etc, you’re talking about a massive fat storing sugar spike.

#2  Fat free Yogurt
Fat free or regular yogurt has an average of 29gr of sugar.

That’s as much sugar as in a candy bar… No beuno!

#3 Pita bread and hummus
Most pita bread is made with enriched flour which reacts EXACTLY like table sugar in your body.

#4 Bananas
Bananas have about 19gr of sugar each.

Pretty much like eating a little candy bar – Not good for getting lean.
