Want to know the secret to working out harder?

It’s pretty simple.

So ya’ll heard of the old saying, “No pain, no gain” right?

Or here’s an even better one from OC FIT member Sonia, “It’s not about killing us, it’s about having FUN while you’re killing us!” – HA, classic!

Well, there is a lot to be said when it comes to getting RESULTS and WORKING OUT HARD.

So before I give you one of my little “working out hard” secret techniques, check this out.

At 211 degrees water is hot…

At 212 it boils.

Boiling water creates steam which can power a train.

Just ONE DEGREE can make all the difference.

Just like giving just ONE DEGREE more effort can make the difference in your body!

Cool analogy, huh?

So ok, workout secret.

Take some time to think of a situation that you would give 100% effort no matter what the cost, the pain, or how tired you felt.

For example, while I’m doing burpee pushups, I imagine that my daughters were in a 50 story burning building…

…and I had to run up to the top, grab them, and run down as fast as I could in order to save them.

If I start my set of burpee pushups with that thought, THEIR IS NO WAY in heck I am going to give in to the pain.

I will never stop, slow down or give ANYTHING LESS THAN 100% of all I got.

Looking good and being healthy is a good motivator, but imagining something that you would die for is unstoppable.
