Here are a few tips on staying LEAN this Thanksgiving 🙂

Stuffing is loaded with carbs but my keto stuffing is totally carb free.

Here’s the SUPER easy recipe.

Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower head (cut into small florets)
1 large onion (chopped)
¼ cup celery (chopped)
2 garlic cloves (minced)
½ tsp poultry seasoning
½ tsp thyme
½ tsp sage
1 tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees and line
a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl add all ingredients then toss
in olive oil and seasoning and stir together.
3. Spread mixture in a single layer on the baking
sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes
(until cauliflower is browned and onions are caramelized).

Another tip to staying lean this Thanksgiving is to fill up on turkey.

It’s full of protein and will keep you full.
