This is something MOST people don’t know.
If you want to be lean…
NEVER combine fats and carbs in the same meal.
Why?
Insulin is the MOST POWERFUL FAT STORAGE hormone.
When you eat carbs, you get an INSULIN SPIKE.
Insulin SUCKS THE FAT YOU ATE INTO YOUR CELLS.
I’m being really simple here, but that’s basically what happens.
So, just for the sake of this email, just don’t COMBINE CARBS and FAT together.
BUT I LIKE PASTA and MEAT SAUCE.
That’s carbs and fat… WHAT DO I DO?
Here’s what I do.
I get fettuccine miracle noodles.
You can get these noodles at any store but I’ve attached a link at the bottom.
These things REALLY are a MIRACLE.
They are so healthy for you and have ZERO CARBS.
I cook some grass fed ground beef in a pan.
And then add some RAOS (No sugar) PASTA SAUCE.
You can get RAOS at Sprouts, Wholefoods,
Instacart, and a bunch of other places.
This is one of the only pasta sauces with out added sugar, and it’s DELICIOUS.
Then I add a little grated Ramono or fresh Parmesan cheese.
OMG it’s SOOOO GOOD!
SOOO FILLING!
And makes you SOOO LEAN.
And that’s how I do NOT combine FATS and CARBS 🙂
