Looking for an easy and delicious bite of something sweet?

These Keto almond butter cookies will keep you lean and are perfect for meal prepping.

Ingredients:

– 1 cup almond or cashew butter

– 1 egg

– 1/2-2/3 cup Swerve brown sweetener

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a bowl mix all ingredients until combined.

3. With a spoon scoop and make 1 inch balls with your hands

then with a fork create a criss cross pattern to flatten down.

4. Bake for 12 mins and let cool for 5 mins.

Makes 12 keto cookies 🙂
