before bed and still loose weight? The answer is yes.

White Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding!

  • 1-1.5 scoops vanilla whey protein powder –
    I get this one here or as an alternative, plant based protein here.
  • Add unsweetened vanilla almond milk a tablespoon at a time
    while stirring until it gets to the desired “pudding” consistency.
    (Don’t put too much or it will be watery)
  • Add 1 tbsp Lilly’s white chocolate chips – I get these here
  • Add 1/2 bag of School Yard Snacks Peanut Butter high protein
    keto cereol. I get it here.
