Drink this to get lean

I use this shake for multiple reasons.
1. To get full and curb my cravings
2. To get extra protein
3. To get extra nutrients
4. It tastes great
5. To get lean

Add these ingredients to your bullet blender.
(It’s OK if it’s not exact:)
1 Cup spinach
1 Cup UNSWEETENED almond or cashew milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 scoop whey protein -I use Garden Of Life grass fed whey (You can purchase it at Wholefoods, Sprouts or Amazon)
Add some water if needed.
Blend.

(If you want it more filling, make the night before so chia seeds expand)

It’s really simple, healthy and tastes awesome.

Use it as a snack during the day and if you want,
have it about an hour before dinner so you eat
less.
