What if I said being FIT is the most IMPORTANT thing you can be?

I know, you’re like no it’s not.

Being a good parent is.

Being a good person is.

Being intelligent is.

Being successful is.

Love is.

Giving is.

Even I couldn’t disagree with that.

But…

How much BETTER of a parent could you be if you were FIT vs. NOT FIT?

How much MORE of a good person can you be if you were FIT vs. NOT FIT?

How much happier would you be if you were super intelligent and FIT vs. NOT FIT?

How much more successful could you be and feel if you were FIT vs. NOT FIT?

How much more love could you give if you were FIT vs NOT FIT?

How much more of yourself could you give if you were FIT vs. NOT FIT?

It seems like any state you’re in is enhanced by ALSO being FIT.

So if being FIT the most important thing in the world?

I don’t know,  but it sure seems to pretty much improve every situation.

So, if there was something that you could do 45 minutes a day that could improve ALL aspects of your life…

Would you be sure to do it?
