When is the best time to workout?
So, when’s the best time to workout?
I get asked all the time, “when is the best time to workout?”
Is it in the morning?
The evening?
On an empty stomach?
The BEST time to workout is when you DON’T feel like working out.
If you don’t workout today because you’re “tired” or “not motivated” then what’s to stop you tomorrow.
And the next day.
And the next week… month… year? I’ll let you in on a secret…
We are ALL “TIRED” and we ALL FEEL “UNMOTIVATED” sometimes.
But we DO NOT RETREAT.
And we DO NOT SURRENDER.
You can be tired at home, and feel like crap that night and the next day for missing your workout.
Or, you can workout, probably get a big energy boost, and feel PROUD and amazing.
I’ve heard hundreds of people regretting missing a workout.
However, I’ve never heard someone regret working out.
Be better today than yesterday!
