Here’s the simple reason your booty wont grow!

There can be many things happening, BUT the most COMMON and SIMPLE reason is this.

You’re not sticking your booty out enough while you’re working out.

For example:

When you squat, stick your booty out.

Like you’re trying to close a car door with your butt.

And keep the weight off the front of your foot, especially at the very bottom of the squat. 

(Push with your heels if that helps at first)

When you lunge, STICK out your booty.

To do this you have to slightly lean forward and shift your hips back.

THIS IS SUPER IMPORTANT if you want to get a BIG BOOTY!

A big mistake I see is people lunging and keeping their posture too uptight.

This technique shifts your hips forward and works more quads than butt.

So, every time you workout remember this..

“If you want your booty to stick out more, then stick your booty out!”

You should FEEL and SEE the difference 🙂
